Recently was here for the Santa photos, advertised to start at 11:00 am. The workers had everyone with & without appointments line up - was told Santa would be out at 11:15 am, then told 11:30 am, at 11:45 there was still no sign of Santa and people were leaving getting money back, kids disappointed and tired. I waited - the photo was done at 12:30! The photographer and worker helping the line seemed overwhelmed and not organized when it came to taking photo and helping people in queue. Overall horrible quality photos and disappointing experience at this mall. Better off to shop & do activities at Park Royal!

I lkie this mall for its simplicity. Lots of parking indoors & outdoors. Place is clean and well lit. There's a food courts, Visions, Walmart, Govt liquor store, Telus/Koodo, jewelry stores and several clothing stores. I come here regularly.

It's a mall,they have Wal-mart,tons of parking,close enough to the Seabus to walk on a nice day,it's a really nice walk along the Spirit Trail.

The highlight of this mall is the Walmart hypermarket. The other sections lack standout features. The food court offers decent options, though they're limited. Notably, the mall closes early, making it less convenient for those with late working hours.
