In my experience this practice has been excellent. Receptionist are helpful and efficient and doctors the same. The practice is struggling to find a full quota of doctors it's the same everywhere hence longer waiting times for appts. The number of missed appointments each month beggars belief that's where the problem lies in my opinion. I have no association with the practice other than being a patient . I think in the present climate of changed rules and regulations change has been thrust upon both staff and in turn patients. I fully support the practice and feel it meets me at my point of need which is exactly what the N.H.S was created to do. Well done Carrick hill Crossin Higgins Practice .

Really bad system. Can I give minus stars? Unable to see doctors for weeks on end. Refused smear test appointments by receptionists. Urine samples left in 2 weeks ago and still not willing to give results out unless you ring between 4-5??? But by then it's too late if you are in need of antibiotics as doctors leave at 5...
Been at this practice for my whole 26 years and am now looking for a new practice. Pathetic excuse for a surgery.

This used to be a great surgery but has gone down hill. You really are just a number. Was refused my meds (apparently by the pharmacist) and have just spent 2 weeks climbing the walls in agony even though my specialist sent a letter saying this should be put on my repeat prescription list. Being penalised for taking medication only when it's needed but have been told by the receptionist that it's better if I just collect it every month. Ridiculous. Looking into making a formal complaint.
