We embarked on a road trip from Thailand to Penang, and our car encountered a problem literally on the last day when we needed to leave. Stranded in an unfamiliar city with a language barrier, we discovered a car workshop nearby on Google. Rushing there, we found staff members who made an effort to communicate with us in both Thai and English. With limited time and no clue about what to do, the owner himself kindly explained the problem and helped us out. As a group of women with little knowledge about cars, this was our first time experiencing such a situation. Needless to say, I'm safe in Thailand, and the car is running as smoothly as new.
