I sliced both my feet open on the beach. No staff would help. When a lifeguard did literally 4 hours later he accidentally whatsapped my number with a message saying "she really is alone in the hotel" 😳 my feet got infected, my room smelled like pee, I had no chain lock and a bellman walked right in with a family at 930pm my second night. The GM Lucas pretended he cared but did absolutely nothing. The place is a gongshow. Spend you money and time elsewhere, anywhere!
