Every salary i come here to buy my monthly food, i never did buy from other grocery and there is a lot of different grocery to choose but i always come here. TODAY around 5:30pm i did not check my bag anymore if all the items i bought was there because it is always complete every time i buy my groceries here. I went home i found out there is missing items so i went back to get it, i don’t know if this guy is supervisor or what, he said buy again the items and when cctv is fix he will return the money to me i said if your cctv is not working now how can you check it and message me to return my money so i said check cctv and its working! So we check it and he saw what happened my i didn’t know that i have 2 bags i just check the receipt if the items i paid is not doubled, and my bag was mixed with other customers bag, i took my bag thinking it was only my bag and the other one was covered by the bag of the other customer so the bagger accidentally put my other items in different bag. And this worker or he is the supervisor before changing it keeps on telling me that it was my fault and it was not there fault? So i keep on asking why is it my fault, he said because you did not check your items just the receipt! And so i asked him are you going to give the items that i paid already that i forgot? He said yes no problem but it’s your fault!
I WILL NEVER COMEBACK HERE AGAIN and i will put my money in different grocery store.
