Excellent Vietnamese restaurant in the Oslo gallery. We went for the “Pho Dac Biet” (which is the most popular dish here, since 25 years ago) and the “Banh Canh Gio Heo” but only with shrimp.
Both were excellent, food arrived super fast and the staff is helpful and nice.

Real hidden gem with fantastic Pho and Bo Bun
Still the best pho in Paris so far. The service is extremely prompt as well and the waiters are very friendly. The drinks are also a delight - including the vietnamese avocado milkshake and vietnamese coffee. There's also sugarcane juice if you're craving it and can't find any in the city.
