Absolutely incredible! The Michelin stars are well deserved!!! Incredible service and food. My favorite was the bluefin tuna fish crudo, heart of palm juice, pico de gallo, it was heavenly!
Celebrating our special day at Pujol was amazing. The team went above and beyond to make it memorable. Candlelit tables, personalized touches, and impeccable service—it felt like a fairy tale. The menu is innovative and creative. Each dish is a masterpiece crafted with amazing Mexican flavors.
As the evening unfolded, we found ourselves in the enchanting garden area. Surrounded by lush greenery, we savored our dessert—a sweet finale under the stars. Pujol is not just a restaurant; it’s an amazing culinary experience. I eagerly await my next visit!

Highly recommended. The service and food were great. I recommend watching the Netflix documentary (Chef’s Table) on the chef who founded this restaurant because it gives you a level of detail that the servers do not provide. The servers explain the dish ingredients but do not provide a great explanation of the context of what you’re eating.
Do not eat here if you do not enjoy seafood or fish. Also keep in mind that most dishes had some spice but it was not overpowering. Mild to mild-medium spice level for most dishes.
For two people it was approximately $700 CAD after tip. We each had a cocktail and a tea.

Everything here was absolutely fantastic. As part of the omakase tasting menu I got to try crickets. This is something I never thought I would try: it tasted lime-y spicy. We had a vegetarian in our group and the restaurant was able to accommodate their needs.
Most unforgettable experience dining experience in itself (as the ambiance & food & the restaurant) but also with seven most awesome friends … too much to list the entirety of details, but the moment was imprinted & lived on for along time …

Pujol lived up to the hype!
From the moment you walked in the door, the staff made sure your experience was unforgettable. Victor did an amazing job explaining each dish, how to eat it, as well as staying on top of drinks.
Generally it is hard to have every dish hit the mark when you have 8 courses, but I have to say each one was able to stand on its own as an interesting, tasty exploration. The combination of visual and taste was well-planned and executed.
If you appreciate the culinary experience, definitely put Pujol on your must-visit list.

Had a lot of high expectations for this place before going and it did not disappoint. This was an unforgettable experience- 3 hours of food, drinks, plus the passion and education about the ingredients, process, art, and more. It was delicious. Transcendent. The service was top notch and the mixed pairing was divine (cocktails, sake, wine, and beer with each course). And the nearly 9 year old mole was incredible. The depth of flavors was unlike I have ever had. This place deserves its place among the best in the world.
