I highly recommend Rui Mota from Optimal Maintenance for any repair needs.
After a major leak left a big hole in our ceiling, Rui skillfully repaired and repainted the area, making it look as if the problem never existed.
He was not only professional, polite, and a perfectionist in his work but also pleasant and friendly.

We were helped by Leo and Berto, who took wonderful care of our new kitchen under heroic time constraints. Leo started off the job with precision and dedication, and was subsequently joined by Berto, who assisted him and helped respecting the deadline. We were impressed by how dedicated, cooperative and helpful Leo and Berto were. They worked restlessly to put together our kitchen — a master’s work. We wish them all the best and thank them once again.
Leo from Optimal Maintenance came over to give us a quote during the Christmas Holidays. He was on time, polite. Nothing was too much trouble and he actually fixed something there and then as he said it was too dangerous to leave (have young children and elderly parents). I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Berto came to replace and varnish the floorboards in our front room in Putney and did an exceptional job. The quality of the finish was first class, he is a master craftsman, but was also very kind, a pleasure to be around and amazing customer service. Berto should be highly commended and is an absolute asset to your team. Highly recommend
