I really wanted to see the OTTERS so bought a ticket just for the aquarium and spent 15 minutes there. It's a small aquarium so not sure I would totally recommend it. Really seemed to be for kids. UNFORTUNATELY, my videos of the otters and the turtles wouldn't upload.

but the highlight of the show is the mermaid exhibition that happens every hour that is very entertaining for both children and adults

I visited Aqua Planet 63 when visiting Seoul. Usually, I wouldn’t be interested in an aquarium, but as it was included in the Visit Seoul pass, I thought we’d give it a go. It’s easy to get tickets for with a Visit Seoul pass, simply go to the ticket desk and they print you your tickets.

The aquarium is surprisingly large, featuring a huge array of tanks displaying fish from all over the world. I was particularly impressed with the Jellyfish exhibit – it was very imaginative. My husband, who isn’t impressed by much, even commented on it and said it was great!

Overall it was a great place to visit for an hour, with great environments to explore.

Good aquarium and comparable to the one in COEX. would be second choice behind COEX, but better than the Lotte Mall aquarium. Small size over two levels. Lots of octonauts throughout and a number of shows including mermaid, seal and penguin. Get the art and aquarium pass to see the observation tower on level 60. Clean facilities, plenty to eat and more. Worth a visit.
