Excelente atención, muy amable y gran resultado, feliz de que Fancy viajara con ellos
Took our American flag bandana off our bag like the baggage people had to cut it or untie it off the bag. It was deliberate. Also dropped our carseat off at the wrong place so we would have to tote it throughout the airport. Worst baggage service.
Somehow a worse experience than flying spirit.
