Customer service online is Rolling down hill at a very fast speed, my Xtmas shoes was ordered 10 days in advance & was cancelled 4 days before Xtmas, after delivery date was rescheduled & cancelletion state that I cancelled it which is false
A smaller store despite a sprawling interior and spread across 3 floors. There was a queue at the fitting rooms. I couldn't find al the items that I spotted at Oxford Street. Many of the shoes and smart tops were missing. The store itself was clutter-free and queues at the tills were OK.
When I visited at about 4:30 the store was quite buzy but it was also quite messy.
Not a single assistance approached me and when I went looking for one it would have been easier to find gold.
Love the clothes and some of the accessories are amazing.
I found the children range quite limited but I love the outwear pieces.
