Food was awful, service was horrible and chef perhaps was a sweeper. Worst upma and idli I have ever eaten. Upma was just boiled Suji with a pinch of salt. I am praying for a safe stomach after eating here.

I want to give a zero. I was excited to eat some good South Indian food, but when I saw the man standing at the counter who took my order, constantly scratching his body, literally for the entire time I was standing there (~7 to ~10mins). Then when the food was ready, he used that same hand to pass it on to me. My appetite just died right there and then! If this would have happened in the US, you would be sued by now.

I got a coupon of Malgudi simply south worth rs 250 to be redeemed at Infiniti mall ( Andheri West ). I got the coupon at infinity mall Andheri West itself. However , the man at the counter rejected the coupon and asked me to go to Malgudi express at Goregaon. They give coupons which are not valid at their own store. It is a scam. Then a guy from the kitchen started screaming at the guy at the billing counter - don't redeem the coupon , call The Guy . But The Guy didn't answer. Thank you for embarrassing us.
