Initially the service was good in dropping off my luggage, I agreed with him on what's app messages that I will Leave my bag for 6 days and total amount is TRY600. He never told me about the checkout time, he just wrote the chevkin time. This was my first time to leave my luggage in a luggage store. It is all about the agreement on drop off date and pickup date, but he never mentioned the checkout time. Later he insisted to have a full day storage rate even though it was only 6 hours after passing the chevkin time. Later our voices went loud and we started fighting. Then I asked to call police, then he tried to push my bag back to the store to lock it inside and it is me to go to police or to pay him the extra day. In such way I would be late to catch my flight, so I didn't allow him to take it inside and I was ready to fight for my luggage even with hands.
I am a tourist in his country who was on travel, tired and exhausted. All I am after is the concept. The agreement as written on what's app messages was to have the checkout date and I paid in advance for all 6 days, so he should write down the checkout time or at least write it down on the price list that the day is 24 hours and if exceeded even by an hour then a full day will be charged.
Such behavoir is not acceptable and I was ready to fight for my luggage by any means. I didn't pay that extra day that he wanted to charge.
Last but not least. If you want to drop off your luggage there, ask him the checkout time precisely. If he keeps it open, then it is a trick as he wants to charge your one extra day, this is his gray area to charge you extra.

This was a convenient storage space as we had a late flight. The staff helped us store our heavy bags, and to pay (cash is preferred as credit cards attract an additional 10%) upon pickup. The brilliant and helpful staff helped us find a taxi and that was quite a struggle at 7pm peak hour. They allowed me to hotspot off their data to use Uber, I failed to find an Uber on 3 occasions. The persistent staff eventually found one for me, loaded my luggage onto the taxi and ensured the cab driver fixed the fee so no price surprises at the end of the ride. Great service and well recommend to all. Thanks to Supan and his team, much appreciated.
