Chania Pro Fishing Trips

We shared a fantastic journey together with Captain Manos and his help. He made the fishing trip like I was a real fisherman. For example, he offered me to sail the boat, taught me about the habit of different fish families and how to take advantage of the current of the sea and so on. He is an extraordinary fisherman and welcomed us with great hospitality. He kept food and drinks coming. The catering onboard was carefully prepared. In short, it was more than a fishing trip for us but also a deep-dive into the local fisherman’s lifestyle and happiness-sharing with people who have a warm heart. I would say it was the best experience of my holiday in Crete. My friends and I enjoyed it a lot and will remember this journey for the rest of our lives. Just like what Manos said, “I am doing this because I want to meet people like you guys”, it was our pleasure to meet Manos as well.

The best day in our holiday!!! Would give more stars if i could. Manos was the perfect fisherman he explained the equipment, where we go and helped with the fishing. Thanks a lot and I hope we will see you again.

We had an amazing day out with Manos and George who were super helpful, casual, friendly and really made you feel like you were out fishing with friends instead of an impersonal, touristy trip. We caught loads of fish, had time for a swim and snorkel and then then had an absolute feast for lunch, eating the fish we ate, along with a full spread of salad, bread, moussaka, beer and wine. A great day out and one we’d definitely recommend.
