Based on my research online, it was not recommended to go up the tower. It generally was considered to not be a good value for money. We were told to visit before the afternoon as that's when the cruise ships arrived and have an inflow of tourists.
However, there is a beautiful exterior and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. There is a cafe/dessert shop just across from it with many options.

A must visit monument plus a tourist attraction and one of the oldest towers outside the old city. It has about 7 floors and is not accessible with wheelchair. I suggest visiting this place about 1-1.5 hours before sunset. This place becomes really colorful after dark, and the tower itself is open until 10-10.30 pm.

If you have a museum card, it's exceptional because the admission charge is minimally $30. Be aware of the shoe cleaners near the tower. They try to deceive you by loosing their brush and offering to clean your shoes for free. Just ignore them. The view from the tower is spectacular, but if you want more, visit Calimca Tower.

Amazing views of Istanbul from here. I went in the morning and it wasn’t crowded at all. Definitely worth a visit to see the city.
Auf keinen Fall dahingehen! Der Gang ist sehr schmal und die „Kellner“ schneiden dir aggressiv den Weg ab und lassen dich nicht vorbei. Man wird fast genötigt sich in ein Restaurant zu setzen.

Amazing views!!! Well worth it. The amount of time you're going to wait is going to vary greatly from day to day and hour-by hour. Buying tickets directly on site is the cheapest and easiest option. Although the ticket line itself can take a while. Note: they do accept credit card.
Sometimes the line moves extremely slowly to get into the tower, other times it moves pretty quickly.
Once inside, everything moves pretty fast and you have lots of levels to explore. We went with our kids ages 8 and 10 and they loved it.
Note: there is *not* a bathroom in the Tower.

Absolutely stunning views from the top, price is a bit hefty (30E??) but worth it if you like views. Elevator is extra charge but easy to go up steps about 6 floors. Each floor has something to read so you can pause if you need to. Very busy around Sunset so we went in the morning, before 10 is best if you want to avoid crowds.
If you do want to go at Sunset, I recommended buy your ticket in advance because otherwise you’ll wait in a line for half an hour !

Unfortunately couldn’t go to the top 🔝 because of the renovation work. Very unlucky but if are in Istanbul this place is a must visit place. It’s beautiful, it looks amazing and is visible almost every where from the city.
The streets around is awesome, make sure eat the famous cheese cake near the tower.

Wir waren hier im Restaurant Manolya essen und ich kann es nur Empfehlen.
Zur Mittagszeit jetzt nicht unbedingt ein toller Ort. Am besten für Alkohol trinkende geeignet. Ich denke, geht hier die Post ab. Ansonsten sind die Kellner sehr einladend und aufdringlich. Versuchen Sie zu überzeugen, das eigene resteraunt zu besuchen. Preise stehen erstmal nicht übersichtlich rum. Enge Gasse, je nach Geschmack geeignet.

یک پاساژ بسیار بسیار قدیمی و جالب با راهرو تنگ که میتونید برید بشینید و غذا و …. بخورید و لذت ببرید البته سطح قیمت بالا هس و وسط خیابان استقلال هست این پاساژ قدیمی پر واقع به دالان زمان سفر میکنید
