Very beautiful and neat Park, they should open the main building of mausoleum for prayer 🤲
Ahh... What an experience, great for art and history lovers, extra ordinary architecture, seems like you are living in history, the building its self is a marvel, worth visiting.

Frere Hall in Karachi is a beautiful historic building surrounded by lush greenery. Built in the 19th century, it showcases stunning architecture and a serene garden, perfect for a peaceful stroll. The hall often hosts art exhibitions, making it a cultural treasure in the heart of the city.
I bought 2 posters for 250 rupees to celebrate here. Suddenly, an employee came and asked for more money.
Obviously, the employee said it was Rs 250 per sheet, but another employee came and asked for more money that it was Rs 500 per sheet.
Souvenir shops are also too expensive. You can buy them at a cheaper price if you go to Sadar.
Never buy anything here.
Shop staff and desk staff are really unkind. Be careful.
its not just commercial area it's a complete grocery shopping area with the variety of Agrade Bgrade vegetables and fruits. All species and ingredients available with famous halwa puri, payye, biryani etc.....

These are a bit old pictures of Frere Hall. I was nearby this place waiting for my brother's test to finish, so in the mean time, i explored this place. Lush green place and historical place.
Such nice & well kept garden lawns..... with an architectural master piece in the backdrop..... It's really a gem of a place.... But not many karachiets realise this....
Good place... with a wonderful museum... It would cost you Rs. 100 to enter the gallery.. if you love history and arts this place is highly recommended.

حس خوب حضور در یک بنای ۱۸۷۰ میلادی
Great architecture and superb building, and well maintained. It really gives the look of the royal palace.
The ticket price is only 100 pkr and it's open for entry except on Monday. On Monday they have some events inside or close for maintenance.
Art & photo gallery is vast and a must visit but palace is very picturious spot. However taking pictures/ camera inside art gallery isn't allowed n u have to submit it on counter

P.S: Pictures I posted aren't mine but of a Russiann friend.
It's expensive than PIB and jamsheed rd market. It's my experience
Intricate details about life of Quaid-e-Azam M. Ali Jinnah, the founding father of the Pakistani nation. The photographic history of the pre independence era is displayed here. The sindhi culture, and its importance is also highlighted.
Photography is not allowed inside museum, the mobile phones and cameras are to be deposited at the front gate however outside photos of the vintage architectural building can be captured.
Frere Hall is a historical place . It's very incient place . It has created British government. Architecture is very good and amazing. Strongly marble has used in it . It's looking very pretty and beautiful. Almost it has closed.the surrounding of this place is grass . People are sit in early morning and evening that grass but lot of people are throwing garbage in grass that's why almost grass has uncleaned
Please don't spread garbage in Frere Hall.
Mossttt amazing, reasonable & enjoyable shopping experience. Markets & stalls start late (in evening) & then close on exact 10, so limited time is a negative point but otherwise most awesome place for veriety of clothing & other accessories. Loved it ❣️
All is good but it's road are very small and damaged
Mizar e Quaid is well maintained, neat and clean place. Overall environment was nice and comfortable. People visit this place as a recreational park, and sometimes forget about the sanctity of the place. Access to the grave was prohibited, hence people were found busy in enjoying around. People should be given access to grave so that they may pray there for the great Quaid.
The museum beside the mizar, is worth visiting. It offers a lot of items related to Quaid to reflect his professional and personal life style. A lot of precious items with historical significance can be seen there.
Museo privato ricavato da un’antica villa. Molto bello e interessante con tante immagini dell’amato presidente Quaid. Non si possono scattare foto all’interno, il telefono lo lasci in deposito all’ingresso
Tomb of Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the founder of Pakistan. Had the privilege to visit and recite Fatiha standing on his grave inside the tomb. I must say it's very well managed and maintained by the government which was surprisingly a pleasant sight considering the condition of the govt. The place is huge and has a charm of its own. Must pay visit to honor the great leader and founder of the nation. And the honor demands that the place be kept clean and given due regard and we must behave sensibly when here.
I went for the seminar on Meer Taqi Meer, Iqbal and Ghalib (who was later replaced by Faiz). The place was very nice and beautifully maintained. I did not visit the museum inside but I heard it's great inside too.

"Mesmerizing Evening Delight: Frere Hall, Karachi"

Stumbling upon Frere Hall in the evening was a stroke of luck! The illuminated beauty beckoned from afar, and the experience did not disappoint. The intricate light work adds an enchanting aura to this already popular destination, which is equally charming by day. Perfect for family outings, the hall offers delightful strolls amidst its historic ambience, with opportunities to indulge in tasty snacks. A truly happy visit for all!"
Khoobsoorat Palace. Well managed. Clean and peaceful. They took my phone before letting me in the museum which I really liked because I was focus more on experiencing rather than capturing. Other than that I would say the management is so kind and helpful. It’s usually open throughout the week but closed on Mondays. And I heard that there are some events that this place sometimes hosts so that day will be closed for public visits. So make sure you check it on google maps or contact their given phone number and confirm before visiting. Highly recommended.

A wonderful experience to have seen such an old building.. Main hall has been devoted to sadqain who lived here and painted the roof. Besides library having over 800 years old books are present, .. Overall must visit place.. But Sind paying no attention on it.. being renovated through NGOs
A must visit place especially the Museum where u will come to know the sophisticated life style of our great Quaid e Azam.. every thing he used, dress , crockery, cutlery, etc etc was top notch .. May Allah Elevate his soul to highest places in Jannah. ameen.. Few pics from his daily life
It's said to be the most visited site in Karachi but unfortunately not well maintained and up to standard knowing who is rested within.
Gate keeper issues tickets at Rs 30/- per adult. There is no parking space around, so I recommend using public transport.
It was upsetting to know that the mouseleum is not accessible for any visitors, reason unknown.
There is a cafe and chai shop within.

Frere Hall in Karachi is a cultural gem, blending stunning architecture with serene surroundings. The historical significance and well-maintained gardens make it a must-visit.
If you are visiting Karachi, Frere hall should be on top of your list . splendid place for art and history enthusiasts.
It was so heartening to visit the mausoleum of great Muhammed Ali Jinnah sb again. This time it was bit sad to hear that people were restricted around 50 meters from grave due to some unliked reasons.
