It's as if the staff at his particular shop were selected based on the rudest, most unfriendly people they could find in A'dam. Only one tall guy in the whole place is nice. Avoid if you can, else don't interact with the staff if you want to have a nice day.
Really good Turkish food. Not a döner joint! The eggplant stuffed with ground lamb was luscious. Shoarma was fragrant. Friendly service.
i only had the soup but it was very tasty, nicely decorated in low lighting and kind staff.

We stayed at the nearby hotel. It is convenient to grab our breakfast here. The croissants are freshly made in the morning, which is crispy & delicious.
In Amsterdam visiting family and they suggested we go here. We spent €75 and the portion sizes are a joke, absolutely disgusting. The amount of food we got you should be paying €30 max. The food itself was OK, but honestly, I'd steer clear, my family were quite embarrassed at what arrived and we had to put extra food in the oven. For €75, the amount of food that was there was enough for 1 adult and 1 child and we're not even big eaters. My advice would be to avoid at all costs to send a message to the owners at taking advantage of people like this is simply unacceptable.

Our first time in amsterdam, first time trying turkish food, and this place exceeded our expectations. Staff was super friendly, food was delicious, and the waiter offered us tea on the house after telling him we’d never tried it before. Overall, great first meal in amsterdam. 5 stars all around
If you are looking for great Thai food in Amsterdam this is your place! Portions are large, and delicious! The staff are very friendly, which is very much appreciated when you are a tourist. We were a group of 4 good eaters, ordered a main dish each, two beers each, and two starters to share, and paid 112 euros (28 euros each). Highly recommended!
Einfach lecker und Preislich auch gut. Außerdem sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Leider waren die Toiletten nicht besonders sauber.
Great food for a good price
There is a sign on the outside that says they serve smoothies but I was told that they don't have anything for smoothies at all. I didnt get any explanation, just told they don't have it.
I was cheated, instead of 12€, 19€ were entered in the card reader.
I had the feeling that this is a common practice and that tourists are being exploited.

Fresh made , good food
Manger de la nourriture fusion carribéenne/chinoise en plein Amsterdam pour un prix correct est possible. Et quel festin ce fût ! Je recommande les pasteís, les nouilles chow mein et les délicieux desserts à base de lait concentré à retrouver en vitrine. La propriétaire est un ange, et compense amplement la lenteur du service qui garantit que tout est fait à la commande !
Het eten is echt super lekker vooral bami goreng met veel taugé heerlijk.
Vlees is ook veel tevreden.

Went dining here with the 2 of us this Friday and had a lovely experience! The food was delicious, the atmosphere pleasant and the host was fantastic, made us feel super welcome and was genuinely interested it making our experience a good one. Kudos!
Die Nudeln waren zu Brei gekocht und es hat mir wirklich überhaupt nicht geschmeckt.
Goreme lunchroom is now rebranded as Goreme Restaurant which is in the walking vicinity of Slotermeerlaan. It's a Turkish place offering sheesh, lamb platters and more.
Their Turkish tea and rice pudding is nice to have after meals. Tried their showarma and wraps with fries which was fresh and tasty.

Really nice lamb swarma but in my opinion the real star is the meals.
12 euros for a durum with 5 pieces of lamb, no pickle/red cabbage, no hotsauce.
If you eat inside they treat you better I believe.

Food was decent. Had the lentil soup - 6 euros, lamb wrap - 11 euros, and a 4.6 ounce cold tea - 3 euros. The lamb wrap was basically just the meat and a small salad on the side. The ice tea was the smallest I’ve ever seen and for 3 euros was overpriced. Soup was ok and came with bread. Service was so so. Don’t think I’ll be returning.

Friendly service. Great food and cold beer. The spice was perfect. Spring rolls, a pad prik variation, and Chang. Would come back anytime, a euphoric experience!

Gisteravond met zn vieren heerlijk gegeten met als hoogtepunt de Tom kha kai soep die is echt voortreffelijk, hoofdgerecht schalen met gambas, beef, kipcurry, en nog een kipgerecht anders bereid. Allemaal mooi op smaak en goed uitgebalanceerd. Witte rijst en gebakkenrijst erbij, voor zover prima. Maar ook al eet je nog zo lekker de totale beleving is voor een groot deel in de handen van de bediening en die kan een avond maken en breken. Helaas hadden we een jonge serveerster (geen nederlands) die er echt geen zin in had, haar uitdrukking was chagrijnig en verveeld. Ze bracht ons vervolgens 4 singha biertje in flesjes, zonder glazen. Op onze vraag of ze glazen voor ons had zei ze nee geen enkele meer zitten in de afwas. Nog nooit meegemaakt. Later kwamen dan toch de bierglazen gelukkig, wellicht door ingrijpen van haar collega's. De andere 2 dames die ook nederlands spraken waren OK en wel behulpzaam. Veel restauranteigenaren beseffen niet dat het bedienend personeel ervoor zorgen dat gasten terugkomen of voortaan wegblijven. Ook al kook je nog zo goed met louter dit soort types in je bediening leg je uiteindelijk het loodje. Laten we hopen dat het incidenteel was en dat ze gewoon haar dag niet had...

Die Auswahl an Zutaten ist vielfältig und so Kamm man sein individuelles Menü zusammenstellen. Die Portionen sind groß daher wird man gut satt.

Heerlijk gegeten!!! Heel vriendelijk personeel. Eten komt snel op tafel. Zeker een aanrader! Dat je maar anderhalf uur mag eten lijkt kort maar is precies genoeg tijd om lekker te genieten en toch nog te converseren met je gezelschap.
Ontzettend drukke zaak, heerlijk eten. En in tegenstelling tot eerdere reviews hebben wij de bediening als heel vriendelijk ervaren. Zeker voor zo’n drukke zaak naast het Rembrandtplein prima!

We ate here on our last Amsterdam visit and it was so memorable, we had to come back. Bangkok did not disappoint. The food was delicious and the service was great. Such a great atmosphere and right in the city center. Many options to choose from so there is something for everyone. Recommend making a reservation - they are always busy.

Normaal gesproken vind ik Bangkok leuk om naar te gaan maar naar de laatste keer ben ik helaas afgeknapt. Bangkok heeft dure prijzen, helaas kreeg een vriend van me garnalen maar hij is daar allergische voor. We geven dit aan maar word gelijk keihard gezegd dat we ervoor moeten betalen en word niet echt meegedacht om dit probleem op te lossen. We zijn daar vaak gekomen en ik geef altijd fooi. Dat bordje met alleen 6 garnalen kosten 32 euro. Hij heeft nog een bordje moeten bestellen van ook 32 euro. We hebben voor twee personen 180 euro betaald. Ze hadden op z’n minst korting kunnen geven of een coupon voor de volgende keer want de inkoop van die garnalen komt niet in de buurt van €32! Deze hebberigheid komt hun nu duurder te staan dan die €32 want ik kwam elke week en nu nooit meer.
Ziemlich teuer für die Qualität. Der Reis war nicht ganz durch und es war sehr wenig Tofu. Immerhin war die Zubereitung schnell.
Personal war sehr lieb . Habe mir vegan checken wok bestellt aber das hat nach Gummi geschmeckt aaabeeeerrr die Nudeln war echt sehr lecker mit der curry Joghurt Soße. Habe erst nach meiner Bestellung gesehen da ist alles Helal !

Das ist kein "Vier Sterne Restaurant", sondern ein Schnellrestaurant, dem ich aber gerne vier Sterne gebe, weil es dort sehr schmackhaftes, gut gewürztes und heißes Essen gibt. Wer mal schnell was essen will, dabei keinen Wert auf Porzellanteller und Besteck legt, sondern auch mit Pappbecher und Plastikgabel zurecht kommt, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Würde wieder hier essen.

Absolut frisch zubereitete, asiatische Nudel- bzw Reisgerichte. Dazu gibt's eine riesige Auswahl an Toppings, Beilagen usw. (Gemüse, Fleisch, Seafood, Gewürze, Saucen etc.) zu einem ordentlichen Preis ! Ein Besuch lohnt hier immer !!
Bedienung war nett, Bezahlung schnell, essen super lecker 😋👍 besser nie gegessen wie hier! Und wir haben in Berlin so einiges ausprobiert und andren Städten.
Der Service war nett und das Essen okay, jedoch recht geschmacksneutral. Für ein schnelles Essen zwischendurch in Ordnung, jedoch habe ich schon deutlich bessere Wok-Gerichte gegessen. Hier fehlt der authentische, asiatische Geschmack. Habe übrigens auch nicht einen einzigen Asiaten beim Personal gesehen.
It was rather disappointing. First of all we ordered "salad with chicken, shrimps and vegetables" it is number 20 in their take away menu. Guess how many shrimps where there? Just 2!!!!! I ordered it because of shrimps, as I like sea food. When I told the woman that there were only 2 shrimps in the salad the answer was "Yeh". Yeh? Sounds a strange answer for me. I insisted and said it again, showing to the menu, that it had to be "salad with chicken, shrimps and vegetables" so there should be shrimps. She said that this is the way it is, in this salad there should be 2 shrimps only. Then it should be written another way, I believe.
Second, we ordered a meet dish that comes with rice. We asked if we can change the white rice for fried rice, and the answer was yes. Still when we got the bill, we had to pay the full price for fried rice as a separate dish, thought we did not take white rice.
One more strange thing... They where cooking in the restaurant itself, I mean in the restaurant hall, on a table for customers next to us, not in the kitchen... Very strange... I have never seen such a thing...
