Far and wide better than the Chanel Roma store immediately in front of the Spanish steps. I made the mistake of going to that store twice, both times with SAs that couldn’t care less about us, and ended up buying a bag. Was having doubts on my purchase so I went to this Chanel Roma Babuino store a minute away. The SA here was soooo nice, I ended up sticking with the bag I got but I really wish I had bought it at this store instead. He also recommended some restaurants to go to in Florence as well were leaving the store. Go here if you want a nice shopping experience!

Esperienza molto positiva. L’accoglienza è il punto forte di questo Beauty store, la consulente beauty con cui ho interagito è stata gentilissima e ovviamente preparatissima!

E' sempre un'esperienza bella. Gentilezza e professionalità. Un particolare grazie a Ginevra Pacifico che fu la mia consulente che con la sua grande professionalità e l'eccezionale garbo mi ha accontenta in tutte le mie richieste. Bellissima e preparatissima.

Sulla griffe nulla da dire. Peccato che lo show room in Rinascente non sia all'altezza. Personale sicuramente molto gentile ma totalmente disorganizzato. Insomma... un brand così potrebbe fare di meglio.

Fortemente sconsigliato per gli acquisti on demand! Promettono spedizioni rapide ma offrono ritardi (misteriosi) e scortesia in dialetto "romanico".
