Lazy staff. Google mention close 8pm.
Came @ 7.50pm & front desk told me tutup PC close system.
Ask her to tell the doctor it’s urgent but macam x layan.

Useless I guess this is my 3rd time going to this clinic..I thought there will be some improvements from the doctor but still same..Doc just treat fever as normal and the medicines are not so strong enough..Until now I still have fever even done checking covid test..The fee is quite high as well but the medicines are not working! This is my last stepping foot over there.

Worst service ever! Clinic is opened but doctor is away, causing patients to wait for more than 30 min. Where is your work ethics? Does it make sense to you as a professional to make your patients wait this long? You also not smart enough to train your nurse at counter to inform patients up front that doctor is away & will be in in so and so time.

Very poor customer service at front desk and always will be no one there to approach us since last year this is the second time i went there & I thought things going to be change but still same .. the doctor (Thivya) is very arrogant base on the way she work all I can say she not even more than one year experience keep rushing things not giving a proper treatment .. lack of communication and lack of customer service.. not even a welcome when I said thanks .. 0 sense of humor. thanks and I will never go back to this klinik again

Very2 bad service

Poor management..never mentioned about the break time on the board or Google website..then the staff simply ask to come later (meanwhile I'm in pain). Don't ever come here

Worst quality from the doctor , rubbish doctor including receptionist. Ultrasound machine second hand from halfcut shop very old and overcharge for payment. The most bangsat doctor. Better change the doctor or close the bussiness. Not even deserve one star.

This clinic ok good services dr n staff very frendly

This clinic deserves an award for its spectacular one-star performance! Their customer service is like a comedy show, and their communication skills are so questionable. I'm beginning to suspect the doctor's plane hit a time warp, leaving him in a cranky time zone. Patients endured an extra 45 minutes just for a stress consultation, turning the waiting room into a comedy club of cosmic proportions!

Bad service...staff not friendly..baru smpai nk daftar dh marah² kita plak minta pass kerja..slalu p xbawa pon tnjuk gambar jaa ok.. seriously bad service...

Not even deserve one star. Bad customer service and communication skills. Treat the patient first before you show your anger😒
