Excellent Service. Supplied and fitted new Bosch electric Oven and Hob, Very friendly and helpful I would definitely recommend. Keep up the good work 👍👍
Entered the wrong reg number and now have a £100 fine. My fault I know, but the parking company isn' great to deal with and I'll never visit this Argos or the Peel Centre again as it's just not worth the risk. Avoid if you can. There are lots of other shops with free parking.
Tom and his team were great .I ordered 2 very high quality sofas at a brilliant price . The team were very responsive, letting me know their time of arrival and took all of the packaging away after setting up the sofas . Thanks Tom and team , I will definitely using you guys again .

I needed a quick replacement for my integrated fridge. SW fitted one within 3 hours. well done.
Store manager broke consumer law, had to escalate to Argos to who agreed with me

Purchased a £500 product from the store but had return it after a couple of months due to a fault. Store sent it off for a repair, but had to wait 4 weeks. Piked the item up again and the paperwork said they had fixed it, but the fault was still present. Store manager refused to replace the item and said they will continually send the product off for repair and won't replace. Now have to wait possibly another 4 weeks to fix something their repairer said they had fixed.

The after sales support is bad. No repair details or updates were sent to me and you can't contact the store as you'll get an automated message saying "store is busy, try again later" every time you call. Members of the public can't contact the store, so if you send a repair you'll either have to sit there and wait up to 21 days for a phone call to say its back, or got into store and ask for un update - but you'll have to pay for parking.

The main Argos company won't help you. If you call the support line, they will say as you purchased it from the store you'll have to speak to the store.

Basically, don't buy a appliances like TVs, Washing Machines, Cookers, Phones, Tablets etc, because if you have a fault after 30 days they will ONLY offer repair and expect you to crack without it while its repaired - the paperwork says it can take up to 21 days... even then, they might just claim its fixed when it isn't and send it off for repair again which will take another 21 days.

**Update**
I had to escalate to Argos management who confirmed that the store manager broke consumer law and the store was forced to issue me with a refund.
I had an excellent customer services experience by the employees that were at the click and collect point. They found and delivered quickly my order. Sarah went the extra mile for me as se offered me help to carry the office desk when she realized that it was heavy for me, and she further helped me to fit it in my car. Thank you so much!!!
Very pleased with the sofa and the service we received from Tom at Pricesavers and the delivery company. Our sofa was transported to the Isle of Lewis and arrived well packaged and in good time. Everyone very helpful, conscientious and kept me in the loop

What a great place to do business with. Great communication and a
great deal buying a suit, mattress and base.
The delivery guys did a great job and communication was good keeping us informed on arrival. We will definitely use again
I went in to return a tv that was obviously faulty (ie dreaded lines down the screen) the manager expected me to go without a tv for week's we phoned customer service while I was there they confirmed he was handling the situation terribly and got a new one sent out to us 3-5days
Very poor customer service from the manager think his name was Karen!. Could have help us out with faulty TV...only offered a repair that would take up to 8 weeks. Rang customer service replacement tv being sent out in 3-5 days.

Steve was so helpful and knowledgeable, I am super grateful! Not like your typical sales person at all, he was just factual about the products.

I rang at 11.45am and by 5pm the same day he managed to deliver an under counter fridge for my 83 year old dad. Great service! Thanks again.

It's taken me a while to decide whether to post this. It is a true reflection of my experience with this company and the owner.
I was going to give it a one star but felt that was a little unfair.
Please read on for my full experience but in short.
Great when taking your money but disgusting after sales customer service. A proper Jekyll and Hyde. Nasty argumentive piece of dirt !!
Great selection of furniture at reasonable prices. We chose our sofa and delivery was offered. I explained that my hall way was very tight but the sofa already in my home were bigger than the one purchased, I was assured that this was not a problem as the sofa we purchased came In parts.
The delivery driver arrived and before I had chance to do anything they were forcing the sofa into my hallway in one piece and got it jammed between the door frame and front door, the delivery driver was really nice and they did there best but they weren't spring chickens and I did feel sorry for them however they damaged our new front door that had cost us £3000.
We sent a polite email thanking them for the sofa but explained that damaged had been caused, by accident as they tried to get the sofa in to the house in one piece and could they help with the cost of repair
Our email was ignored, so a week later a called into the shop to see if they could help with the cost of repairs to the door. Tbh an apology and maybe a gesture of good Will would have done, I then sàw his true colours and met real nasty argumentive scum bag.
He was horrible
He explained through his ranting that it was his 75 year old dad that does the deliverys ( what sort of a person let's there 75 year old dad lift heavy furniture )
He did say that he would look into it but due his nasty argumentive and aggressive attitude, we will just pay for the damage ourselves as I never want to deal with him ever! a at one point he told me he had a scratch on his £125000 car and who was going to pay for that ??? I would suggest that maybe he should have spent some of that money on a younger, fitter delivery driver, rather than use his 75 year old dad.
As you may have guessed, I would avoid this company.
I guess people who have no after sales issues are very happy but don't complain or you will meet Mr Angry
