Moc děkujeme za vstřícnost a ochotu všem zaměstnancům ze směny z 9.9. v 18 hodin. Všichni byli moc hodní a nápomocní. 🙏
La chica de la caja una impresentable, ademas de maleducada, me ha dicho que tenia que colgar la ropa en su perchero después de probármela (chica rubia con ojos azules, que creemos que es la encargada de la tienda). Incluso teniendo una cuenta de 200€ no se digna ni a decir muchas gracias cuando se despide ni a desearnos un buen día.

Strašlivá zkušenost. Nádherná secesní budova zničená odporným obchodem, příšerná doprovodná hudba se láme v mramorových interiérech. Nepříjemný a neochotný personál, 35 minut čekání na kasu. Jedná pokladní. Byla jsem tu pro dárek pro dceru a už sem nikdy nevkročím.
War dort zum ersten Mal. Totales Chaos im Laden, überall liegen Kleidungsstücke auf dem Boden, vor den Ankleidekabinen war eine 20 Minuten lange Schlange.
Ich bin an der Schlange vorbeigegangen, um mir die Kleidungsstücke kurz vor der Kabine anzusehen. Ein männlicher asiatisch aussehender Mitarbeiter stellte sich bedrohlich vor mich und fragte sehr unfreundlich was ich hier zu suchen habe und schickte mich weg.
Wollte eigentlich noch etwas kaufen aber liess es dann bleiben. So sollte man nicht mit seinen Kunden reden, schult eure Mitarbeiter besser, hier werde ich sicher nie mehr herkommen und empfehle jedem diesen Laden zu meiden.

Potřebovala jsem vyměnit velikost kalhot, na andělu v bershce mě odbyli, že si je mám najít sama, zde mě obsloužila strašně milá slečna a i když za mnou byla dlouhá fronta kalhoty mi ochotně sehnala ze skladu, moc děkuji, veliká spokojenost🩷🩷🩷

I am a loyal customer of New Yorker, I usually buy clothes in Germany and the Czech Republic, and I would like to share my painful and hurtful experience at the Prague branch.
I went shopping at a branch in Prague (Na Príkope, Václavské nám. 388/1, 110 00 Praha) on December 3. When I was trying on trousers, I was cut by a needle hidden in my trousers. It seemed like The button that prevented theft fell off, and when I put on my pants, the needle made a deep and long cut into my skin.
I immediately informed the staff on the first floor of the situation, but she ignored my injury and said she didn't know and didn't want to deal with it. My wound was bleeding, so I could only take out the disinfectant wipes I carried in my bag as soon as possible. Avoid infection.
Then I went downstairs and told another person, she notified the manager, a lady gave me a shopping card for 350Kč, and just took a can of disinfectant spray and sprayed it on my legs, she said it would take about 1-2 days It will heal in a week.
But now it has been more than a month and I have long scars on my legs.
This was a very bad and exaggerated experience, a needle was left in the pants waiting to harm an unknown customer.
I haven’t used that 350Kč shopping card, I still have it, it’s like my scar, it makes me heartbroken.
I would like to provide the customer service department with photos of the incident, and I want you to understand that this was a terrible and horrific mistake.

S velkou lítostí musím oznámit, že mé návštěvy v prodejně Bershka nebyly moc příjemné. Pokladní vypadá nekvalifikovaně a ani nezná detailně svou práci. Naopak vedoucí se k zákazníkům chová s pocitem nevděku, což zásadně ovlivňuje celkovou atmosféru v prodejně.
Sluší se také zdůraznit, že zabezpečení prodejny neodpovídá jejímu stavu a nepořádek v prostorách vytváří dojem neprofesionality. Překvapivě jsem zaznamenal nedostatek zákazníků, možná kvůli výše uvedeným problémům.
Pro zlepšení celkového dojmu zákazníků by bylo vhodné doporučit prodejně zlepšit odborné školení personálu a udržovat pořádek v provozovně.
Sluší se také zdůraznit, že zabezpečení prodejny neodpovídá jejímu stavu a nepořádek v prostorách vytváří dojem neprofesionality. Překvapivě jsem zaznamenal nedostatek zákazníků, možná kvůli výše uvedeným problémům.
Pro zlepšení celkového dojmu zákazníků by bylo vhodné doporučit prodejně zlepšit odborné školení personálu a udržovat pořádek v provozovně.
It's a good shop with many items to choose from. The prices and sales were really good and I managed to find some good deals whilst visiting Prague. The store has many different designs and accessories, the rings and necklaces were good value also. Recommend

I was trying to wear clothes and someone in front of me used the room dirty and put a lot of clothes inside.
I didn’t have a choice so I tried only mine and take out mine.
Worker guy here, saw me after that and said something toward me so I told him that I didn’t make that whole mess.
But he seems like he didn’t understand it and throw whole clothes inside to the ground.
It was very not nice thing to see and experience in here :(

The staff was exeptionally rude... never again
Best clothing style in Europe for us of course. Standard prices all around europe.. we have checked it and correct. My wife loves it. I do also. Every season you may find one interesting design.
