Dropped into Faherty in the Seaport on New Year’s Eve, wanted to give a shout out to the store staff as they handled an upset guest with grace and professionalism.

What an incredible collection! Gorgeous fabrics and cool designs. Recommend if you’re looking for high quality natural fabrics that aren’t boring. Staff was helpful and friendly.

I just had the most atrocious experience at Remy in Beacon Hill today, Thursday May 9th at around 11am. I went in because I have frequented Remy’s Nantucket store and when I saw it while walking around, thought I would stop in. Immediately the experience was bizarre. An older Asian woman was the only one working there and after greeting me, she resumed watching a show or a movie on her phone on full volume. Pretty bizarre and unprofessional, but fine. When she said that the sweater I had just looked at was pretty, I agreed and said yes it was, but it was expensive ($480+ !!!). Then she followed me to the door and when I was about to leave she said “excuse me I think you have the sweater, I saw you take it…” then mumbled something about cameras. I responded “it’s right there,” and pointed to where the sweater had fallen down off the hanger. She immediately apologized but I was horrified and humiliated. Absolutely NOT okay. I will never be shopping here again and will be telling my local friends about this experience. Remy, if you’re reading this, please speak to your Beacon Hill employee about doing their due diligence (maybe just LOOKING AROUND) before harassing a potential customer. And encourage your employees not to be distracted watching Netflix during their shifts. Further, maybe consider making a personnel change. Absolutely disgraceful.

Love everything this store has to offer! Wyatt was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my shopping experience so enjoyable! Definitely go check them out!
