The selection was a bit limited but the store was very clean and quiet. The lady was helpful, and I left with a very nice long sleeve shirt.

Cute, individual pieces at good prices. Staff was really sweet and helpful

Manager (older woman - assuming this person was the manager) is incredibly rude. Been to a few Faherty stores and always been impressed by the amazing customer service. Not the case here. Disappointing reflection on the other staff who were very helpful and pleasant.

Been in this Williamsburg location 3 times. Only 1 of the 3 times was I impressed with the friendliness of the staff (and I wish I remembered his name for the sake of this review). Called the store today to make a SIMPLE inquiry regarding a previous CASH PURCHASE (which means nothing) and was met with the most ABSURD/RUDE greeting I’ve ever gotten in the business world. I’m guessing by the name of the associate it is the same one receding accolades in a review above (Hint: the first review). As a business owner myself, that has always worked in customer service, I DO NOT believe in the deranged theory “the customer is always right”, BUT if one of my employees/co-workers EVER had an unwarranted/unprovoked exchange as she did, I WOULD NOT EVEN how to do “damage control”. Great clothing. Customer service can obviously be ABHORRENT. In this day and age (and that neighborhood) I don’t even know where to begin. I couldn’t imagine the associate tolerating such a response. Only reason I’d ever even consider writing a review. Ironically I received an order from FAHERTY today. I intend on not opening it, and returning it first thing Monday.
