I don't know why these people in this business. thye are very unprofessional, rude. Always, they send Innova for us from Jammu to Shrinager . It's old model cab, AC not worked. Always late,
When we call Mr Sonu for complaint he demand full payment. On the way driver stopped car demand full payment.

We have booked a car for 6 days to explore J&K, as Komal mam promised us for the services, all were satisfied. The new neat and clean ertiga was provided with the very friendly nature driver Shubham. He was known to all places in srinagar, he showed us all the spots and also helped in exploring the new spots & Cafes, also helped in booking the best hotels for stay and restuarants for meals. He is a skilled driver and keeps his car clean and maintained all the time. Thank You Shubham & Komal mam. It was worth booking the car from you.

Recently I visited Jammu to Shrinager with my parents, we took cab from Mr Sonu 9....15318 mobile Number & one other lady involve in his company Her Name komal 9...55318 her mobile number. They gave worst service, it's company is very unprofessional, rude staff, worst cab, they don't fullfill their commitment. They misbehave with us. Throughout tour.
I never suggest this company (Mr Sonu & Miss Komal)
I give them negetive marking
They spoil my whole tour

Poor Service, we faced many issues with their services & With Mr Sonu . Mr Sonu blackmail us during pathway for payment. He always demand full payment before finish the tour, they stop many time cab , even we done 80%
Tourists not go with them . You will spoil your tour.

Very disapointed after take cab by Mr Sonu 9....15318 & Miss Komal 9.... 55318 They stop the cab on the way & asking full payment , I cant understood why they are harres us, even we paid 80% advance, Our tour was 4 days & they demand full payment on second they , Afert 80% paid when we told them we pay full payment after finish the tour, then Mr sonu & Miss Komal blakmail us. They stop the cab on the way to shrinager. They are psycho type person .

they stopped the car & asked money.
allready I paid 80%
but they many time stoped the Car & demand full payment.
because of him my tour was spoil & Mentally harassment. I am taking strong action against Him & his Company.

Good reliable service

Took 2 taxi from Sonu Singh. He outsourced to other drivers. In first trip driver kept on phone but thankfully no accident. So for next trip I asked him for higher category car and better driver. This time driver kept cribbing about the low cost on which Sonu has agreed. This complete outsourcing is nonsense, non one gets what they want.
End of journey driver called Sonu whom should be paid, and he got abusive, total nonsense. He essential wanted payment to be made to him but couldn't say to the driver to show he doesn't care about money. He is just a middle man. Many of my trips I avoid middleman because they do this nonsense. But people lie as if all cars they own and drivers their brothers. In the end they are nothing but commission agent who are looking for one time customers. So if you are one time customer avoid this taxi service.

This was my first trip with kriyal travel solutions, but I'm glad I made this Vaishno Devi ,Kashmir Trip with them. They took good care of all of us and provided us with good hotels, travel facilities and wholesome homely food. Best car rental Company in Amritsar. I hire car for 3 days for my family. Driver is best. I suggest to book a cab from Kriyal travel solutions

Poor service, driver behaviour unprofessional.
They charge for AC however unwilling to put on AC even in the plains.
Unwilling to stop for breaks except pre fixed points.vehicle also had issues during the travel period.

Very nice travelling experience. I highly recommend it. Safe driving and good nature.
Looking forward to plan next trip with them.
