Geri Moreland did an amazing job helping me through the recruiting process. I submitted my resume to Capitol Recruiters honestly not even expecting to hear back, because that’s what I’ve come to expect from these agencies. Geri got back to me via email within a day, followed it up with a phone call, got me in front of the firm for interviews within a week and checked in regularly even after I got the job offer all the way through the onboarding process. The people at the firm I had my interviews with seemed to think highly of her as well, and being submitted by her really seemed to be a positive for the people who are now my managers. I could not recommend Capitol Recruiters highly enough.

Geri helped me in getting my current job in IT in one of the best law firms, she reached out to me and I told her what I would be interested in and a year later she reached out to me with job that fit my need and I was amazed that she remembered me. She kept updating me at every step, best recruiter ever.

Geri was great to work with and tried to provide as many options as possible. I would highly recommend her.

FRAUDS. They repeatedly tried to get me to apply through them to an "exclusive" opening ("managed solely through BCG", "take advantage of BCG's exclusive rights to these positions") at a particular firm; I happened to know the sole owner of the firm, called him up, and confirmed that no such opening existed. Another time, they asked me to apply to a firm that, when I looked it up, had folded years ago; I contacted BCG to ask what was going on for that one and they ignored me. They also ask that you inform them if anyone you applied to through them contacts you "independently". Based on this, my guess is that they present random fake openings, sit on their butts if you approve them applying on your behalf, and then try to swoop in and claim credit should you make outside contact with those same firms. DO NOT FALL FOR IT, DO NOT USE THEM.
