ALC Environmental came out to do a mold inspection for my apartment after we discovered mold growing behind my kitchen cabinets and floor baseboards & sheetrock. It took about 3 weeks for them to issue a report to my building's management only for them to inform me that my home is "free and clear of microbial growth and odor." Which is ABSOLUTE NONSENSE considering how the only reason why we rang the alarm and had to tear out half my home was because I was battling an onslaught of fungus beetles and mold mites infestation over the holidays. We saved a long slab of black molded baseboard and wrapped it in plastic for the day of the inspection but all the inspector did was peer into the bag and took a picture of it. I told her where the water leak had occurred and where the primary locations were most affected but she proceeded to swab a clean sheetrock. There was little to no communication during the inspection; questions that I asked were met with non committal shrugs and was told that she was only part of the consultant team and couldn't provide much info. The whole visit left me feeling extremely uneasy that she did a very poor job in testing my home. ALC is not here to help provide a thorough, informative, and accurate testing when your home is in need of remediation. When the report came, it declared that my home was clear of microbial growth, with none of the infected baseboards and sheetrock pictured attached. I would suggest others to choose elsewhere if you want accurate testing done. Had I known my management company would enlist the help of ALC and known of their poor reputation in mold testing, I would have tried to find a company of my own that is more reliable.

Store never opens on time and when they are open, they don’t have the supplies to meet the demand. Why fight to close stores, if you can’t meet the demand. This place completely sucks
