BEWARE: THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! I’m reviewing this company on their practices and business team. They are completely unorganized, unprofessional, and give you false promises. I’ve taken multiple classes with them over the years and always had issues getting refunds. As an alternative, I was typically able to make up the service with make-up classes at other times. However, in Spring 2024, it changed.

I was registered for a Spring 24 class at Riverside/119th. First the class had a delayed start date and then cancelled (with no notice. I emailed to follow up) because they no longer had the permit to operate. Since there was no longer a location that I could go to, I asked for a refund. After promised a refund, it was never issued. Matteo is the only who replies to emails, but he’s not a decision maker. If you call the number, no one picks up.

After multiple inquiries over many months about my refund status, they simply stopped responding. Matteo strings you along, and makes it seem like something is going to get resolved. However, you try to talk to someone else - the mystery Juan who is supposedly going to issue refund - then it’s no response. Ultimately, I’m out over $400 for a class that never happened and it’s their fault.

These guys are great with kids! A terrific organization and lots of fun!
