Excellent experience at the Manchester boutique. I’ve been considering a nice watch for a milestone birthday for some time. It’s taken three visits to finally take the plunge. Hugh was very knowledgeable and not pushy in the slightest. I was able to try on various watches and was welcomed with drinks every time. Would definitely recommend a visit!

I buy earings two days ago now I lost one of them . Can i buy just one . Im very worried

What a fantastic experience. I bought my wife her first time piece for her 30th. Hugh looked after us and made the whole experience delightful from start to finish. His knowledge and passion for watches was a thing to behold. A credit to himself, his Tudor boutique, and the wider DMR brand.

I had two very sentimental rings, which I wanted remodelling into a single piece of jewellery. I appreciated how honest Kiran was about what could and couldn't be achieved with the two rings. He was very patient while we went through several options, and I eventually decided on having them remodelled into a necklace. Kiran was extremely kind and respectful about how sentimental the rings were to me, and I've gone from having two rings that meant a lot to me - but which were going unworn in a safe - to a lovely necklace that I now wear every day. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending AKA.

I couldn't recommend Kiran highly enough. He made my engagement ring, which I absolutely adore, so I knew he'd also be the man for the job when I wanted a bespoke necklace. Kiran was able to incorporate sentimental family gold into the piece. He did a fantastic job of translating the idea in my head into a piece of jewellery; endless patience, making helpful suggestions and guiding me to ensure the piece was both practical and beautiful. The final piece holds so much meaning to me and will be a much loved piece of jewellery that one day will be handed down to my daughter - alongside the story of the lovely man who made it! Thanks Kiran, I'm certain we'll be back to enlist your help again in the future.

Excellent service and results, they explained the entire process and verified the stone & ring size before and after the work was completed - very happy with the result

All the staff are excellent at what they do, hospitality is second to none, attentiveness and product knowledge out of this world.

When I first walked in I was greeted by Hugh, an absolute credit to the brand. I felt a little apprehensive on my approach but I was put at ease within seconds.

Came in today to buy myself another Tudor as I had such a great experience my first time round. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the coffee matches. Summer, Hugh and Victoria were fantastic today and really made the buying experience that much better.

I purchased my first luxury Swiss watch today from Tudor Boutique Manchester. Hugh and the team were absolutely brilliant. They all really made the experience something that will always be remembered. It’s so nice to sit and chat to like minded watch enthusiasts. No pushy sales pitches, no pressure to buy straight away.
