I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Loved the breakfast and enjoyed the swimming pool. The staff was great, and a special thanks goes to Tsira at the reception desk, she was very polite and helpful. She provided excellent recommendations for local attractions.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I really want to give it a 5 star. The breakfast was exceptional. Staff were very nice. However the issues are minor things that can be fixed. For example, bath tub not draining, bath glass door keep opening. We also had two rooms, one was stocked with care packets, the other was mostly bare. Indoor pool under construction which was a big bummer. The biggest issue i had was they had no clue about the hours of operation of hair dresser on site. Someone told me the night before it would be open 10-10. That morning someone told me 9-9. The salon told me they are open 8-8. I hope they get these fixed till next time we would love to visit.

The hotel is very clean and neat. The staff is very gentle, cooperative, patient, and kind. They are always ready to help and to be there for you.

There are a ton of facilities to choose from and services that are provided in the best manners.

The breakfast is heavily varied with local and international items. There are multiple restaurants and terraces throughout the hotel that all provide beautiful views and top-notch food.

Some things are overpriced, but this is typical of a 5-star renowned hotel. The renovated rooms are beautiful but they are a huge bump from the non-renovated rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and couldn't be more pleased with our experience. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making our stay truly relaxing particularly by the pool.

A special thanks goes to the gentleman at the reception desk (Baybars). His exceptional help, positive attitude, and professionalism made a significant difference in our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any request truly enhanced our experience. we felt pampered throughout our visit.
