Just went here for one drink and the view. Only a few people were here at 13:00 on
a Tuesday afternoon. Service was friendly. Didn't have any food. The only way to get to the top during lunch is the elevator.

Busy rooftop bar and restaurant with views over Toulouse. Very popular, prices to match but not a rip off. A 10 min queue to get seated when we arrived (16.00 Saturday).

Actually place not so easy to find. To localize the entrance it's required to go on the very top of the gallery, then take direction to fire stairs, go up and then you will find the restaurant. The confusion continues with the guy on the entrance, telling us the place on the terrace is full if you are here only to drink. However going inside the nice lady proposes the table outside, which was really nice. A little bit longer time to be served, but worth to wait. View is amazing, especially according to my best knowledge it's the only point in the town to admire the city from the top of the building.
