Had fully serviced my ps4 console n controllers before selling it to game nation but after receiving my ps4 they said its not working,controllers have mother board issues n all that excuses,basically they wanted me to sell it for a very low rate so they can sell it for a much higher price,DONT SELLING YOUR CONSOLES TO GAMENATION

Stay away from this shop guys, they are very misleading. They post a lower price from market and when we enquire regarding the product its way high and very bad communication from those sales guy. I was really considering buying my console from here, thankfully i went through all the reviews and crosschecked with the store regarding everything and found out they were all scam. Choose for other shops guys you get much cheaper consoles with good service. With their character i feel like once we purchase the product they are not gonna be responsible in anyway. Think twice before purchasing from game nation. They guy who picks the call is the main scammer.

Bought PS4 recently with games at best rates a must visit store for budget gamers

They are a bunch of cheats. Purchased an xbox controller. On the day i paid with UPI. After paying he asks if i need a bag i said yes pls and he said 6rs. I said i don’t have cash but still he insisted on 6rs even though i purchased a 5k product. I then took the product and the seal looked broken but I thought it was normal. At home i opened it and it had all dust and scratches on it. I took it back within the 10 days as said on the receipt and asked for refund. He said no. He said his “policy” which is a poster nobody can even see doesn’t accept. This is incorrect as the receipt said “returns” not exchange. he didn’t accept. I even told him consumer law as of 2019 Act states that no refund policy is illegal. Thus he is selling used products as new and then doesn’t give a refund only wants to give an exchange which is also used. Then he also does not follow the consumer laws. He has lost a lot of business from me and pls don’t go here to buy. Reliance digital in the same mall has brand new items pls go there. I have also reported him to ministry of consumer affairs. No wonder i never see any other customers in his store as he sells used items and doesn’t keep promises.

Recently I have visited the store I have purchased ps5 console and games really it was a good deal it is and they have given best deal then the online I really liked the way how they explain about the product and even connected the ps5 console and checked with working condition almost I have purchased 6 game each game they check and give really staff was very helpful and product with proper bill and waranty card they have sealed after the sales also I have gone home and called them they explain everything thing so patient really staff was good 👍 I will definitely recommend to my friend to visit the store
