I only go here now and then because it’s convenient in location with regards to my work. I used to go all the time before I started encountering consistent issues.

Every time I go, I get the new young girl. Just to clarify this isn’t her fault, it’s the fault of the business.

Every so often I would get this girl. Now when I went in one time, I anticipated I would get this girl. The first thing I said to her was that I was a bridesmaid at the weekend to please take extra care. She looked at me blankly and said “what?”. The nails were so thick I had to file them down and when I went for infills at another salon they actually laughed at the thickness of them. I actually had a suspicion I was getting engaged but I didn’t want to say that in a busy shop but my engagement nails were big fat blobs.

I went in there today out of reluctance and low and behold I got the same girl. Now due to an incident 2 years ago I’ll admit my big toe nails don’t grow long, so I have to get tips.

The girl did them so thick again and consistently seems to not be able to paint the whole nail. The length again was bizarre. If this is a tactic, trust me, it won’t drive me back earlier but will drive me away constantly. For $80 I could have got so much more at another salon.

I pointed it out but she didn’t get what I was saying. I left $80 lighter - horrendous prices for not more than a trainee service.

On the price it’s worth noting that library nails are consistently more expensive than a lot of places in Perth but offer amateur services. Do not recommend for the price.

I have been going to the Library nail salon for over 4 years now and they never disappoint. Stop going anywhere else, and just get your nails done there. Once you get them done there you wont ever go anywhere else. So do yourself a favour and go!
Also Kevin & Christine are amazing, 5 stars for sure.

Also wie eine Dame schon bemerkte, der junge Mann der dort arbeitet, gehört gefeuert. Bei einer Pediküre schnitt er mir ins Fleisch, die Scheren und Zangen sind unhygienisch ( werden nur kurz ausgeklopft, nicht desinfiziert ) und die Hornhaut an der Ferse wird nicht entfernt. Einmaliges kurzes hin und her bürsten. Was soll das?
Geldverschwendung! Außerdem ist es unhöflich sich nicht auf English zu unterhalten, wenn Kunden da sind.
