I am very upset and disappointed in your decision to put my fox Timon to sleep. The diagnosis was 'fractured jaw', however he was able to eat perfectly well for the last 3 years that I have know him. He was a regular visitor to our garden and I have video evidence that he had a good appetite and was able consume food without any problem. He was able to catch a couple of pigeons on our watch.
The reason I brought him to your charity was for mange, and I wasn't be able to get any medication for this.
Instead of helping him you just killed him within three days, didn't give him any treatment or chance for recovery.
I didn't expect this from charity I trusted.
If only I had known that euthanasia was your first go-to solution, I would never have brought my fox to you.
