Very poor quality and cold and stale burger, upon enquiry the staffs give random excuses like the burger is supposed to be cold etc. They add extra items like dips without asking the customers and charge extra for those pathetic dips. This was my last order from KFC which I have been ordering for years now. Their downfall is imminent.

I had read about Shahran and found my way there to try their Kabab. I was not disappointed, the mutton kabab with Anar ki chutney was tasty. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy in ambiance as I have been to old city places in many cities and they’re mainly known for food and not so much for service or ambiance.

Be aware of the girls employees of this shop!! They will add extra things even though you asked them not to add.

Today I order one all chicken box and asked for the regular pepsi. But they add medium Pepsi and give me regular size Pepsi. In the meantime they throw my bill to dustbin!
When I asked my bill they were denying to give me my bill copy!!!

This is ridiculous!! This type low class fraud mentality employer is shame for a brand like KFC!

I feel bad for giving even one star, because I paid money for my order of 4 pieces of Chicken and one long burger,
Even when I showed them my transaction on Google pay they refused to give me my order. Saying money is not credited to their account since it was debited from mine. This is very bad service I really feel bad about KFC. I used to love it but now I don't feel so.

I have had a similar experience with KFC in the past. On this occasion, the fries were served cold and unsalted, and the burger patties were cold and easily torn apart. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they provided an unsatisfactory explanation, citing that the food had become cold. Despite this, they did provide a replacement meal. It is evident that KFC's standards have declined, and it is no longer the reputable establishment it once was.

Worst food i ever had, paratha kacha aur chicken kabaab bhi kuch khaas nahin tha. Waste of money, I spent 580rs for 2 parathas and i think 200grms chicken.

Alert - If you are looking for Wednesday combos/offers, they will just fool you around.
I enquired about Wednesday combos, they told nothing was available, I checked the same in online app, it wa available. When there is rush they do not provide you the offers in store it seems. Even they did not provide burger meals, instead they asked to order seperately.

I never had such a pathetic experience of a place of which you been waiting since long time because of its huge fame, the taste was rediculois and on top of that no hygiene, short menu which is highly overpriced for nothing.

Very old restaurant in charminar Zone. Popular and crowded with regular crowd for tea. The Sheek Kababs are very tasty here. Place doesnt have a good ambience.
