I visited in early November around 5:30 pm. As darkness fell due to winter, the park became eerie with no lighting. I returned the next morning for exploration, but navigation was challenging, contrary to my expectation of a well-kept environment.
This place is a hidden gem. Amazing views of whole city and ocean. Best times to visit are sunset or sunrise. Small parking lot, easy to miss. Free parking.
Great little park with south views and a couple of benches, up a steep walking trail from Fairfield.

Lovely walking trails with historical information signs explaining the bunkers and a tribute to the young battalion of soldiers from the late 1800s . We saw the COHO ferry pull out this morning and make its way across the straight to Port Angeles.
Lots of good viewing spots for ocean traffic, Birds,Ducks, and you’ll see lots of dog walkers with their dogs off leash.

Pickle ball, basketball, playground... nice little neighbourhood park!
We love this place for dog walks & sunsets! It's one of my favorite spots to walk my dog because there's always other dogs to play with. Lots of room to run around & play. Fully fenced in (except the parking lot).

Krásné místo, které stojí za návštěvu. Nachází se poblíž přístavu, je volně dostupné a je zde také několik míst k posezení.
近所の公園ですね。でも眺めが最高です。360度のパノラマが味わえます。
Pequeño y muy bonito parque ubicado muy cerca de la zona central de la ciudad. Para pasar un rato muy agradable con los niños paseando y jugando. También se disfruta de los tótem que se pueden ver en este emplazamiento. Experiencia satisfactoria. (Reseña del año 2019)
