On of the bad experience here. The lady employee works in shop , shouting as for using trial room. We have took only 3 dresses to trial room and we brought it. The lady shouting on as why you people stay in trial room with lot of clothes. In public place she misbehave disrespectful , shouting with me and my friends. No have come to ask for anything. Really bad experience here . This is 4 th time we come to Centrepoint in al Qasar mall. If next time this happens where should I complain.? In the entrance the employee she checked the clothes for beep sound , she made mess and didn’t arranged the clothes. Very time this bad worst experience.bad and disrespectful service in this shop. I have never ever seen like this peoples in my life.

Home center is beside this.

They have a variety of dress collections and other materials. Really a wonderful shop.

Things taht are needed are not on sale
But their staff was helpful in finding the sizes and textures of clothes...

The branch after renovation is nice and big, but the problem is the air conditioning is very hot, I hope to fix it.. Thanks.

Someone needs to teach the employees how to deal with the customers
The cashier lift the hool line and get to another without saying anything to the people that waiting for her and complete her work just like nothing happened costumer experience zero worst experience ever

Just when I thought the service can’t get any worse I’m surprised every single time.
Bad mannered cashier with very slow speed with just 2 cashiers operating.
