I wish to let the management know about the great service we received from one of your young delightful staff today. We are a couple of oldies and we do appreciate when we get looked after and not rushed especially with modern technology. Her name is Parez. Please let her know how thankful we were. It's an okay store. However , the cram so many aisles into the store, it's impossible to get around with any efficiency. They don't have an obvious 'click and collect ' location in store. It's not made clear where it is. For such a big store they refuse to employ many staff. Lots of till waiting and absolutely no one on the shop floor for any help. It's just another 'profit only' driven commercial store. It's also way overpriced, and the same quality , if not better , can be found elsewhere like NZ Sale for way less $$$

Brilliant place , great prices , well laid out eay navigate store.

Just been into New Plymouth branch to purchase some flannelette sheets. Lovely big bin with the sheets I require. Go to the checkout with my 2 packets only to be told these are full price...what?? There were same brands but different names in the bin that weren't on special. Bit of a rip off. Another lady was there as well and took photos because she gad the same problem. Ah well off to The Warehouse.

Welcoming friendly, courteous & knowledgeable store assistant & checkout staff. Bedding, kitchen wares, duvet & household items @ 1 location. Store assistant knows his stock @ his finger tips & pickup from store to customer in less than 5 minutes. 😮 very efficient & courteous staff
