Attended event but didn't provide water to guests

Was so disappointed during the Backstreet Boys concert. Gold ticket holders were robbed of an amazing performance by BSB. How come cheaper tickets has a better view than those who paid with higher cost. How the hell did that even make sense. Gold tickets holders were kept all the way back. We were squeezed and couldn’t see anything apart from the screen. All of us were pissed of, you ruined our night because of your bad set up.

Dissatisfied with my Gold ticket as Silver was placed in front and we cant even enjoy the concert with that stage set up. Like how can short people see at the back👎🏻hope they can refund at least 100qr

Disappointed with the gold ticket at the bsb concert
Due to the place was way to far in the field while the silver ticket was way to close in the vip area.

We paid additional 100qr for a place that is very disappointing and we cannot even move nor sit.
Hoping for a refund.

Silver tickets placement was better than Gold tickets.
