Chauki Ghat, also known as Coawki Ghat, in Varanasi is a lesser-known yet significant spot among the many ghats lining the Ganges River. Named due to its four diverging pathways leading to Kedareshwara, Mansarovar, Sonarpura, and the steps of the Ghat, it offers a serene and tranquil ambiance.

Narad Ghat in Varanasi is a historically and culturally significant site, named after the sage Narad. It is located in the southern part of the city, near other notable ghats like Dasaswamedh and Assi Ghat. The ghat is known for its serene atmosphere and spiritual significance. It is believed that taking a dip in the sacred waters of the Ganges at Narad Ghat can purify the soul and bring positive karma.

Darbhanga Ghat, one of the most picturesque and architecturally striking ghats in Varanasi, offers visitors a unique blend of history, culture, and serenity. Located on the banks of the Ganges River, this ghat stands out due to its magnificent sandstone structures and the regal Darbhanga Palace, which adds an aura of old-world charm to the surroundings.
The ghat is a testament to the grandeur of the erstwhile royal family of Darbhanga, who constructed the palace in the early 20th century. The palace, with its intricate carvings and regal balconies, now serves as a heritage hotel, allowing guests to experience the opulence of a bygone era while enjoying modern comforts. Staying here offers a unique opportunity to wake up to the soothing sounds of the river and the sight of daily rituals performed on the ghats.
One of the most appealing aspects of Darbhanga Ghat is its relatively tranquil atmosphere compared to some of the more bustling ghats like Dashashwamedh. This makes it an ideal spot for those seeking a peaceful retreat to observe the spiritual activities of Varanasi without the overwhelming crowds. The ghat provides a perfect vantage point to witness the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti ceremony in the evening, where the river is illuminated by flickering lamps and chants fill the air.
The ghat also serves as a departure point for boat rides along the Ganges, offering stunning views of the ghats and temples lining the river. These boat rides, especially at sunrise or sunset, provide a magical experience, capturing the essence of Varanasi's timeless beauty and spirituality.
In conclusion, Darbhanga Ghat is a must-visit for those who appreciate a blend of history, culture, and tranquility. Whether you're staying at the heritage hotel or simply visiting for a few hours, the ghat offers a serene and captivating experience, allowing you to connect deeply with the spiritual and historical essence of Varanasi.

Narad Ghat in Varanasi is a fascinating blend of spiritual significance and vibrant local life, making it a unique spot to experience the essence of this ancient city. Nestled along the sacred Ganges River, the ghat is renowned for its association with the sage Narada and attracts pilgrims and tourists alike. The atmosphere is charged with devotion as people engage in rituals, prayers, and the traditional aarti ceremonies, while the backdrop of historic temples and ghats adds to its mystical charm. Must visit before baba ki darshan. Make sure move together in case going in large batches as there is every chance one might loose the way in the narrow streets while reaching the main road

A small size temple but powerful and energetic temple.
The tiety is lord Shiva in the name of kaal bhairav .
There was a lengthy que and it took more than one hour to have a dharsan.
The security staffs are very kind enough to attend the devotees.
