I stayed at this hotels about five days during end of June.2024.First of all , the excellent location of this hotel for travellers is one of the best.
Second & very important point , the persons who are in charge of reception at this hotel are very kind and really helpful , specially Dear Mr.Serkan.
Desipite of above points, the quality of breakfast and their kind of Services needs to be revised considerably. THANK YOU

"I DON'T RECOMMEND IT IN ANY CASE!!! The breakfast was not satisfying at all, the coffee machine always produced burnt coffee, while cleaning the room they would take the towels and not replace them, we had to ask for new ones... most importantly, THEY DON'T PROVIDE SECURITY!!! There was a serious incident involving a member of our group; a bag with personal belongings was stolen during breakfast. When we asked for the footage from the camera, they started giving excuses like 'there was a blackout in the server at that moment and it wasn't recorded and when we asked them to call the police they tried to avoid it.' UNACCEPTABLE AND INHUMANE!!! They didn't care or offer any help whatsoever!!! Because anyone of us could find themselves in this situation, we would advise you to book elsewhere, it's not worth it here!!!!"

I have been staying in that hotel during my vacations for 3 days and can tell that this was very good experience. The staff was very kind and helpful. They also changed me a room easily because in my initial one was some difficulties with air conditioner and it made some noise. I also got a plate with fruits as a compliment that was very kinf from hotel. The room was clean and cozy, there was all necessary stuff for shower, hair, etc. The accomodation is great as well near metro station and lively streets with cafes and shops.

This hotel is the worst and dirtiest hotel in Istanbul, the rooms are completely dark, the sofas are small and old and the bed is old and worn, this hotel is not 4 stars, they completely abuse their guests. The sheets on the beds are not changed and only arranged, the sheets are completely dirty and worn because the people who have done the hair transplant are staying in that hotel and all the sheets are bloody and dirty. During our stay, the colors of the ceilings and plaster of the walls were falling off, and they were doing repairs in my room during my stay. When I was taking a shower, the water went into the bathroom and there were no mirrors in the rooms. I informed them about this matter and they were completely rude and stupid and one of them was called Bilal or Bilal and his name was not even written on his clothes. This man was completely rude. He was polite and racist. But the reservation and night staff and the restaurant and breakfast staff were very polite and kind

I had no pleasure and peace in this hotel and my money was wasted.
