Just booked a holiday at Tui Chesterfield for 2025. Was looked after by Emma S who was very helpful in assisting us with our choice of accommodation and resort. Emma had good local knowledge and offered us upgrades and help with excursions.
We were offered refreshments in the store and even came away with two Tui mugs :).. We would recommend the Tui Chesterfield store as we have used this store many times and have always been treated with friendly and helpful staff. Thank you Tui Chesterfield!

Have just booked my first cruise with Tui from Chesterfield branch. It was a lovely experience. Quick and professional. Was served by Lyndsey Addison. Couldn't fault it. Will definitely be booking through here again. Thanks so much.

Really good company to go on holiday with great drivers very helpful office staff good hotels with very accomadating staff. Very competitive prices and they go to potters resorts which are a must.nearly forget to say unlike most coach companies you get picked up from home by their taxi and brought back home again so you can't miss the bus they also wait until the taxi has picked you up as well

Excellent service from Danielle today. Really friendly and helpful, as we're other staff especially Lynsey, telling us about places little one would enjoy whilst there & making a fuss of our little one. Little one was offered pens & colouring pad, we had coffee & squash (for little one) whilst booking, plus photos at photo booth type wall. Little one also given sticker & own ticket. Made booking our holiday such a special experience rather than doing it online. Would highly recommend a visit, really is worth calling in to book.

After seeing the reviews about how good the chesterfield branch were to book with we decided to pop down today and discuss booking our wedding/honeymoon. Lyndsey was our main booking agent and we had a bit of help from two other lovely members of staff. We have now booked our wedding/honeymoon! Cannot fault the service from the staff there today. So helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Huge thank you to Lyndsey especially. We will definitely be back to book future holidays with you guys 🙂

First class travel agent to book a coach trip to fantastic places throughout the country. Picked up by a taxi from your front door to a place to meet the coach and then onto your place of choice. The main office in Chesterfield is just off the main High street, easy to find and "manned" by 3 very nice ladies who deal with you in a very professional way. KM can be reached by phone and do have a yearly magazine that tells you about all of their trips which are reasonably priced. The hotels are first class, good food and drinks, great entertainment, clean and well maintained with coffee and tea supplies in the rooms every day. Try them out you will not be disappointed. Keep it up you are brilliant.

Every time we go into this store the staff are always so welcoming and friendly. Danielle helped us today and as always her patience and understanding was exceptional while we decided what we wanted. She went above and beyond to call the cruise team to make sure everything was covered. Wholly recommend this fantastic store who always put the customer first

Visited the shop twice this year, and on both occasions Lyndsay and Becky have been extremely professional and showed exceptional customer service, along with the wider team who were on hand to support and make the experience stress free.

Today when we first walked in, all the staff were dealing with other customers, we were offered a seat (which they got out for us and made us a waiting area of our own) little touches that make a big difference!

We would definitely recognise this store to others and look forward to visiting again.

I received some really helpful service advice from Kaitlyn at TUI chesterfield store today regarding different excursions I could use for my already booked holiday. Super patient and eager service - happy to go above and beyond with the basic ideas I had and she found exactly what I had in mind but bigger and better. Very impressed!

Went on holiday as a couple with visual impairments with a guide dog. Very accommodating and nothing too much trouble . Look forward to travelling with them again .

Well what can I say about our experience with KM Travel,just had a Mon x Fri at Portcrawl and stayed in Seabank Hotel was amazing can't fault anything plus the staff was always at hand our Driver Neil was
excellent and very entertaining just like Elf on the shelf well done Neil . Hoping to be booking with
you soon thank you .Only one thing to say now we couldn't get that from Alfa ups xx Merry Christmas to you all.

Fabulous holiday in Blackpool. Our driver Neil went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. Lovely coach's and staff at KM travel. This is the third time we have been with KM and we will definitely go again with them. Best wishes Tara & Kieran.
