正規品を取り扱うギフトショップとキズなどの2級品を扱うファクトリーショップの2店舗があります。必ずファクトリーショップを訪れることをお勧めします。ほぼ全ての食器について2級品が販売されていました。

カフェが併設されていました。お時間のある方はぜひカフェも行ってみることをお勧めします。

This is a delightful teapot and just the right size for me. After wanting one for years, I finally ordered one. A few months later, I dropped and broke it. So this is my second one, and I am a lifelong fan. BTW, it was shipped from the UK to the West Coast of the US & arrived in perfect order. Very well packed.
