The cashier clearly had no idea about the menu or how to operate the system to take orders, Instead he tells people to order through the app. He told me if you order from the app you shall receive the promo but that wasn’t the case and he told me to cancel it because he can’t do anything about it and that’s the second time he misses up with my order. I just self help machine would work so I don’t have to deal with him anymore.
