Avoid at all costs.
Ordered £40 worth of food on a night shift at the hospital. Food took 1.5hrs to come after ringing them 3 times and chasing it. All our food came cold and there was a can of coke missing. Called them and was not given any apology and was told to ring back and speak to their boss. Called back and was told to ring tmro.

Highly unprofessional and misbehaved staff. They literally fight on just £5 with the customer infront of other customers. The food is too salty. It is advisable for high BP patients not to purchase any food from here.

Really enjoyed the food here, good quality grilled meats, fresh and juicy. Service was also very good, fast and friendly staff, pricing is pretty reasonable, definitely recommend!

My 4 year old got what appears to be Salmonella posing from here. Didn’t eat anything after eating the pizza here. Vomitted on plane coming home several times and can’t hold anything down. Didn’t eat anything after eating here and hadn’t eaten for many hours prior to here.
So came in. From an event in Manchester, ordered very late, have to say it’s the best pizza and garlic bread I have eaten in a long time,!!! All very fresh, stuffed crust was Devine!!! Will most definitely be ordering again!!! Better than dominos
Trust me, this is the worst food I had in a few months. 4.7 reviews for what? The only thing that was good was the generous portions. But the food is so bad. They don’t even know the meaning of a sharwama. Burger dead. Chips soggy. Definitely some fake reviews. The only thing good was the Pepsi . Please order the food from here if you want to do a diet, appetite went after 2mins. No disrespect to the owner but please make it better.

I LOVE the food and have been a big advocate for this food place... only issue is the delivery, never have the phone on and impossible to contact... today I ordered and I have a missing item... not sure how I can get this resolved as I love the place and don't want to put a low review due to this

I had order last night after an hour driver bring food but cheeps was sagy and cold wings was row and pizza was very very bad this place like proper kurdish place and food like shet, I throw my £28 in bin,
twice i had the full house kabab once i went in my self and once i had it delivered both times it was great value too much for one will be coming here again

If you would like to get food poisoning this is the perfect place for you, extremely low hygiene, they stack the chicken in a dirty shelf which from the look of it, it is not being cleaned, also the staff don’t use gloves (they use their bare hands to prepare the meals) and don’t wear hair net. On top of that the staff are rude.

Lovey food. Best place I've ordered from in msnchester big portions come from 22 mins away and was still roasting paid 3 pound for the poppadoms and about 15 sauces. Not tight with there portions definitely order again

In what world is it okay to serve somebody a pink burger?! Ended up throwing the bites I had up noticed straight away it tasted funny checked and rahhh.. you shouldn’t serve people this. The drumsticks were awful, Chips were cold. How can you take peoples money ESPECIALLY in a cost of living crisis and serve them this nightmare? Thrown everything in the bin, wouldn’t dare give it to my dog after how sick it’s made me. The only good thing about my experience with Chester’s was the delivery driver who was lovely. Otherwise absolute horror never eating here again don’t waste your money on cheap foods if you’re in a rush and need a takeaway go somewhere where the quality is actually gonna be good. A very honest business. I had a conversation with the boss, and he was very respectful, well mannered, and kind. There was a great deal of mutual respect between us. The food was very honest, the quality of the food was excellent considering the price paid, it exceeded my expectation. You'd normally expect a poor quality of chicken for the price given, but the quality was exquisite. All things considered, I have very few complaints about this. The chicken was juicy and tender, with absolutely no veins or chewy bits, the chips were nothing special, but nonetheless were representative of the price paid. Not the first time these have missed items on our order,I waited 30 mins and they still didn’t come back with the missing items,I had to ring them for him to say he couldn’t understand me! He understood me perfectly well when I placed the order? had a right face on him when he returned,anyone would think it was our fault.I will never buy from these again,plenty of other takeaways that we can choose from who don’t treat you this way.shame on you ! chesters northenden
There's a reason why theres so many 1 star reviews. Dont order from here whatever you do. I ordered twice because maybe the first time was a 1 off. The first time the food was cold and 1hr 30 mins late, they also forgot the drinks. The second the food never even came and the phone ways rings out. They are scammers and should ne out of business. The worst experience ever DO NOT ever order from here. You'll be like the rest of us leaving 1 star reviews if you order from these guys seriously they're beyond terrible.
We have just waited exactly 2 hours for our order. We phoned after waiting 75 minutes for the phone to just ring out. 20 minutes it took for our call to be answered. They said it had left and would be with us in 15 minutes. Another 30 mins we waited. The chicken burger i had
