I was worried that I miss my flight because we only communicated through WhatsApp, but it was easy to communicate through WhatsApp text messages. You will get the reservation information and later information regarding your ride. You can directly text the driver, my ride was exactly on time, and the driver was nice and helpful. Definitely recommending if you need transportation to the airport.
I live in Toronto, Canada and was a little worried about the taxi service. This company was amazing. I told them the timings for all my drives. Airport to Asia hotel, Asia hotel to Europe hotel and then back to the airport. All the drivers were on time. It was so good that we booked one driver for 8 hours to go around istanbul. Eveyrhing was reasonably priced and the communication through whats app was exceptional. Their drivers know how to drive and their streets well. Please request English speaking driver if you are planning to have one for the whole day.
This company works very professionally. I used Rento three times and I was always satisfied with the organisation of transfers. Especially one driver called Ersin Algul was amazing, warm hearted guy (thank you for the simit ;))

Am besten bar bezahlen, das ist günstiger als mit der Karte im Bus das Ticket zu kaufen. Die Tickets können vor Ort gekauft werden und müssen nicht zuvor gekauft werden. Alles bestens
Excellent communication and clear instructions. They sent a video and photos to show how to find the driver at the airport. They are flexible and ready to help if the plans/schedule changes. Our driver Murat was a gentleman with a lovely smile, I have never met so generous person than he is. They were on time; the car was clean, and the Murat was able to navigate us through traffic safely. I would recommend this company when you need transportation.
My daughter had a cuddly toy monkey on the bench. When waiting for the bus, it went missing. It might have been taken. If you find it, please tell me

One of the easiest ways to get to Iskele from Karakoy - unless you want to walk up that hill which is difficult when you’re with children. The ramp comes every 2 minutes and you reach the top of iskele it’s about 20 liras each way.
Dear Istanbul Transportation team, please beware of scammers at IST airport! Which is absolutely not great for the city’s image! Some guys jam on purpose the automated machine and almost forced us for help… we were scammed by magic or 1400tkl while we thought they were charging our cards… they charged theirs… not sure why they are there loitering… now we know and the actual transport guy is sitting behind the entrance point away from the machine where he is needed!! Otherwise no comments on the transportations, just impeccable!
An excellent transport service. Contacting and co-ordinating was fast and easy. The Airport Pickups were on time. Very friendly and very efficient. Our event had 20+ transfers, so we had no issues with them whatsover. Thank you for making our trips hassle free and comfortable.
Not busy, on-time, departed 5am ,took 45 mins to IST airport. you can buy a ticket from the ticket man by cash.
The airport transfer service was great for peace of mind. And being sure that transport is set up ready. I will definitely be using this business again and service person on WhatsApp is very helpful.
Also good value for money as BiTaksi works out to £32 (predicted fare) with this being £40. For an extra £8 there is no chance of taxis scamming you and over-charging as well also having a driver come exactly at the time you need with no hassle trying to call a taxi.

I called this taxi service just 30 minutes before I needed pickup and they were able to get a car to me on time and get me to the airport with plenty of time to spare. They communicated their pricing very clearly up front, the car was clean, and the driver was very courteous and professional. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a taxi

Today the flight announcement panel wrongly informed about an estimated 1h delay of my flight to London. Arriving 1h prior to the announced departure, the flight had already left from İST airport!! It was impossible to reach neither the local Turkish number of Whizz Air nor local airport staff - such a shame for such a huge international airport hub!!

Generally great trustworthy experience. The communication was great and even though it took a little time for the ride to get to Istanbul airport, I still felt safe. We were dropped to the hotel door by the driver and he was friendly and cordial. I paid by cc upon arriving at my hotel and the price was as advertised.

These guys are exceptional! Book in advance, and they’ll ensure you reach your destination on time and at a fair price. Save your money and time—avoid the hassle of yellow taxis.
Really clear communication from booking to pick up. The pick up point was quite hectic with lots of people and lots of greeters trying to contact your driver.
Driver was very nice - he told us our journey will be 1 hour 30 or if we pay 150TL extra for the tunnel toll, it will be 50 minutes. This was a charge we were not aware of.
Used them from hotel to airport as well and it was impeccable. Communication with company via whatsapp was excellent and reassuring. We set pick up time to 9.45am and the driver came to the hotel lobby at 9.44am and got us to SAW.
Will be using this company again.

We had to take a flight at 8 in the morning and the metro opens at 6am only. We walked to HAVAIST and booked our tickets at kiosk for Istanbul Airport.
A little expensive when compared to metro, but way cheaper when compared to taxi.

Passing through security is very fast and easy because you don’t have to take out liquids with less than 100 ml., electronics or shoes to go the security check.

Contacted them the day before we needed a 530am departure ride from the airport and they responded promptly via WhatsApp.
They sent us a confirmation in the evening with driver contact and car license plate and the driver arrived 10 minutes early and waited for us. The car was also very clean and nice!
Overall great price and great experience and highly recommended for others!

Booked Newton Taxi from Istanbul Airport to our hotel based on good reviews and we weren’t disappointed. Booking online was very straightforward, price very reasonable. The subsequent communication via WhatsApp clear and helpful. Driver Ali was a gentleman with a lovely smile. He found my husband’s headphones in the car and contacted us for return. All in all a great experience, highly recommend!
We were pleasantly surprised with how well and clean everything was, from buses, trams, funiculare, ferries, we used it all. Cheap, reliable and great! Best way to go around the city and its surroundings. Just tap your bank card and off you go. 0,70 eur per ride, no matter how far you want to go.

If you are looking for a student dormitory in Istanbul, Osman Bay area, you should know that this dormitory is very racist. The person who is the internal manager of this dormitory is very disrespectful and doesn't treat people properly.

Автобус 2*2 с кондеем, с откидыающийся спинкой и выдвижным столиком, есть индивидуальный свет.
Считаю, что это оптимальный способ (цена/качество) добраться из центра города до аэропорта Сабихи.

تجربه جميله، خدمه رائعه ووصول سريع، رحله من المطار إلى تقسيم كانت في وقت قياسي، سائق ماهر، باص نظيف، موظفين بالمسار لنقل الحقائب إلى الباث وانزلها من الباث حين الوصول، تكلفه الرحله مايقارب 76 ليره تركيه،
كان من المهم جدا مقابل هذا السعر ان تكون بالباص خدمه واي فاي وخاصه لحاجه الواصلين من الرحلات الدوليه إلى الانترنت ولكن للأسف لم تكن متوفره.
