You do not need to buy tickets. There is an information building which is pet friendly and has alot of useful information about Thunder Bay and surrounding areas including Manitoba. Washrooms Nd bulding are clean. The young lady who was working today was absolutely AMAZING! She was very helpful and had lots of good information about the area. She had a joy for her job you could tell she loves what she does. She asked if we were passing by or from the area and if we knew where we were going to stay the night. We were just passing thru and didnt know where we were planning on staying the night. The young lady suggested that we go check out Kakabeka Fall provincial park and also gave us a list of motels/hotels with phone numbers from Thunder Bay to Manitoba.

*** I really wish i got the young ladys name so i could make a good compliment to her boss for her. :) she had dark brown curly hair wore glasses, skinny and advrage hight.**♡
