How am I supposed to pay for a ticket if I never received it? I was sent a letter by the Debt Recover Plus for a £150 charge and threaten me with legal action.( I forgot to pay on the day the £6 charge at the drop off zone at Heathrow airport). They claimed that they sent me 2 previous letters from Apcoa which I never received. Of course they blamed Royal Mail. When I realised my mistake (2 days later) I tried to pay online but they are very clever, they don't give you an option to pay it later (only 24 hours later) There isn't a number to speak to a human either, just a chat box which isn't great. Apcoa has a really bad reputation for taking money from their customers, they don't care.

The website to register for the parking isn't fit for purpose, numerous password resets and account uploads and still it doesn't register my car, called the office and they told me they can't up load my car details for me and it has to be done online, now two penalty charges after believing I had registered my car for auto payments ! I believe its been setup for this way for this purpose 🤬

£5 drop off a total ripoff. No way of driving out without being charged. Had to pay twice for one drop off. Uncaring and inhuman customer service.

I forgot to register my mums blue badge within 48 hours after drop off, called them for assistance this morning and the lady I spoke to went above and beyond to help. Thanks.
