Lovely jackets. Good customer service. Be informed - made in Portugal but fabric made in France (but what a fabric - the moleskin at least). A bit pricey for that reason. Sizes inconsistent across jackets so do try carefully (I bought one 42 one 44 and they fit identically). Would get another - especially if on sale.

The brand itself is excellent, without any doubt. However, be aware that items purchased in-store cannot be returned at all, and no one would warn you about it.

We experienced this issue when we tried to return a shirt that didn't fit the gift recipient. Once we returned to the store, an assistant explained that their policy only allows for item exchanges, not returns. And that sounds a bit strange: I'm not sure it's even legal, also I couldn't find this information anywhere. To be honest, it felt like they were trying to bluff us so that they didn't have to bother with the returns procedures.

Besides that, when I asked about a different size (after checking if it exists on their website), the assistant initially asserted that such a size did not exist at all. It was only after showing him their own website that he checked and, with visible surprise, found the size we needed.

The staffs from individual stores are super friendly, however, the lady I interacted with at the reception was super rude for no reason. I told her I was told to go to the customer service desk for a 5% discount coupon, she said we needed an invitation did not say from who until we asked specifically. We were also wondering why people were holding their passport and got something printed from the lady, so we asked what are people going to customer service for, she responded "I don't know, parking maybe". Mind you she barely looked up while we were talking to her, she was mainly looking at her computer, not sure why would they put someone who hates tourists as a customer service representative.

The vibes are immaculate, a blend between Paris chic and New York grunge. Paul had great advice and amazing taste. They were amazing pieces for a fraction of the price. Highly recommend if you like luxury second hand or even just want to browse around.

C’est la première fois que je rentre dans un magasin où les deux vendeurs me suivent comme si j’étais une voleuse et une d’entre elles se permet même d’aller dans la cabine et baisse pour voir si j’y suis toujours.
Franchement c’est honteux

Accueil très aléatoire, sur les bons jours, accueil, conseil et sourire et dans les jours plus sombres (majoritaires), le vendeur (ou le vigile ?) vous pistera, pourchassera, épiera le moindre de vos gestes et là un moment qui se veut aussi cool que du shopping devient tout pourri en plus d'être vexant.
Mais on sait pourquoi.

Vêtements bas de gamme. NUL !!!!!!!! . En plus sur la boutique en ligne quand on téléphone pour avoir des renseignements sur la livraison qui met du temps à arriver, on vous répond : ALLEZ DONC ACHETER EN BOUTIQUE !!! . Voilà qui donne envie d acheter chez ESPRIT !!!!!!!!

Je suis cliente d'Esprit depuis des années, le personnel est sympathique, attentionné, le magasin est toujours impeccable, les vêtements sont beaux, de bonne qualité.
J'adore ce magasin !

一番パリらしい場所のひとつ「ギャラリー・ヴィヴィエンヌ」。フランス映画のワンシーンのようなこのパサージュ、実際に映画にもよく登場します。また中のお店も個性的で、老舗の書店や、木製のおもちゃやさん、ギャラリーに、一点物の服飾店も。デパートにはないお土産が見つかるかもしれません。ぜひ散策してみてくださいね。

Le vendeur Julien est un super bon vendeur, stylé, agréable,bienveillant et patient. Il s’y connaît super bien, Un plaisir d’avoir été accompagnée durant mon shopping par lui!

Sellers on the 3- rd floor, shoes department are gathering to discuss the customers and mocking at them. I witnessed this. Shame and no sales I guess )).
I have a photo of these sellers in case top management will want to see these “ heroes”.
