I just had the worst purchase experience at Gucci.
Gucci management if you are reading this, I bought my items at this particular store at 6.32pm Qatar Time on 2 August 2024.
The salesman I encountered has no integrity, and is extremely lazy, telling me that the display item is the last stock, which we then went on and ask another saleswoman who immediately went to check the stock for us. Turns out there were new items, and the lady brought it to me.
Absolute condescending behaviour, not sure what his name was but laziness + lacking integrity are absolute ringing red flags
Hated the money I spent there, won’t ever buy from Qatar Duty Free Gucci ever again
Other new buyers, be warned and exercise caution. Don’t let their laziness make you buy a display product

As I see the reviews here, the Indian staff at service today (18/07 at 4:45pm) attitude made me to walk away. He questions when we are looking at a selected piece, whether you want to know the rate or buying….this made us to walk away… better change these staff to have better sales…the brand cost is high but we were determined to get one piece, but for the behavior of this guy.

Disappointing service. Came in with intention to buy as I had researched my shopping list in preparation for the stopover. The shop assistant did not get off the personal phone call. Stared us up and down. I waited and walked around the store for 2 minutes before having to ask for assistance. The assistant took no initiative, almost as if it was their first rodeo. Other shoppers were ignored and not offered assistance while I was waiting for a reply on sizing. Decided not to come back and got shoes from Valentino instead. I hope its not like this for the brand.
