Sehr schöne große Auswahl an Harry Potter Artikeln. Leider gab es sehr viele Kleidungsstücke nur ab der Größe L was sehr schade war. Sie boten zwar an es mir zu Bestellen, aber da ich nur auf Besuch in München war, brachte mir dieses Angebot leider wenig. Neben Harry Potter gibt es noch sehr viel Auswahl an anderen Fan Artikeln. Für mich persönlich sehr großes Geschäft. Definitiv einen Besuch wert.

Toller Laden und ein Paradies für Fans von Film, Comic, Serien und Games. Große Auswahl an Geschenkartikel, T-Shirts und Sammlerstücke. Sehr zum Empfehlen! Muss man gesehen haben ✌️🙌

Till date Manufactum is a unique place to find high quality products from clothes to soaps, from shoes to pans. Even though prices are higher than other shops, one does get quality which lasts for years or even decades, when it comes to e.g. kitchen tools and accessories.
The service and product knowledge of Manufactum's employees is excellent and helps a lot to find the product you are looking for; and it's not about selling the most expensive, it's about what suits your demands or needs.
Highly recommended to people who are aware, that buying quality products have their price, but last much longer than products you buy for half the price, but you have to replace them in a quarter of the time the quality product will last.

Lots of high quality, unique items for sale. Super fun to browse. I found quite a few items. Good to go back, since you can find different items useful depending on what your needs are at the time.

Nicht reduzierte Artikel werden nicht via ursprünglichen Zahlungsweg zurück erstattet. Man erhält ausschließlich einen Gutschein über den Warenwert.
Diesen Hinweis findet man NACH Kaufabschluss auf dem Kassenzettel, sonst nirgendwo. Aus meiner Sicht inakzeptabel.
Außerdem war die Mitarbeiterin an der Kasse absolut unfreundlich- für mich war es der letzte Einkauf in dem Laden.

Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr unhöflich. Click & Collect Pakete verschwinden in der Folge.

Ich habe gerade einiges an Geschirr und 10 Bestecksets in Ihrem Laden im Gesamtwert von 400€ erworben.
An der Kasse stieß ich auf Frau Schuster. Ich fragte Sie ob ich eventuell die Umverpackung der Bestecksets zur Entsorgung im Laden lassen dürfte für einen einfacheren Transport.
Frau Schuster reagierte überaus freundlich, entfernte die Verpackungen und verpackte diese noch einmal sicher um damit diese nicht zerkratzen.
Sehr zuvorkommend und kundenorientiert, toller Service!

Weihnachtsdekoration kaufe ich am liebsten in diese Filiale ein. Ich habe mich von der Isabel beraten lassen, die mir auch noch ein paar Deko Tipps mit auf dem Weg gab. Die hat keine Mühe gescheut, mehrmals im Lager nachzusehen, ob etwas vielleicht noch vorrätig ist. Auch an der Kasse, keine Spur von Hektik, hier trifft man auf Freundlichkeit. Als die Kassiererin mich noch auf einer Aktion aufmerksam machte, in der ich zehn Euro zusätzlich noch sparen konnte, war ich regelrecht begeistert.
Besonders in der stressigen Adventszeit find ich das sehr lobenswert!

The bakery is amazing, other than that the shop had good quality products but EXTREMELY expensive (i.e. a pencil holder I saw cost 120€)

Echt een grote fantasy en sci-fi franchise winkel. Alles te krijgen van Harry potter t/m Star Wars en Naruto. Meer film gerelateerd dan anime. Prijzen zijn voor branded artikelen redelijk. Hebben vooral veel (honderden) t-shirts. Personeel spreekt naast Duits tevens Engels.
